About the landlord

I was born and raised in Houston, TX and now live in Los Angeles, CA. I have had a very successful rental property in Texas the last 3 years and now started one in Thousand Oaks, CA (right outside of Los Angeles). I have had the pleasure of traveling around the world, and therefore appreciate a nice accommodation and notice the details. Having a 4 year old son also makes me very aware of families needs; so I add baby and young child toys, dishes, and useful items to the rental property as well!
