Many transit options nearby including light rail and buses. Our street in Greenwood is mostly single family homes with a cute park only 1 1/2 blocks away. Walnut Tree House
Walnut Tree House had everything I needed and then some. Really lovely kitchen and shower spaces. Very comfy bed in master bedroom. Large washer and dryer. Private entry and private fenced little yard with a St. Francis statue. For those who might rely on public transportation it is 1/4 mile downhill to N/S routes and 1/2 mile on the flat to E/W routes. Enjoy this wonderful house.
