This 500 sq ft apartment above our detached 2 car garage backs up to I-77 for the city feel, yet is built to damper the sound. Apartment is safely tucked behind our house off of Summit Ave. Garage opener will be given for the duration of your stay for easy access to apartment and safe parking at night. Apartment has everything you could need minus there is no dishwasher.

We will give you a garage opener for you to park you car and have easy access into the apartment. There is also a coded door. I stayed in the apartment for around 6 weeks and enjoyed my stay tremendously. The apartment is just as advertised and in a convenient location close to downtown Charlotte. Scott was very responsive to any questions and had the apartment clean and ready for move-in. Additionally, access to the garage for parking was awesome. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I returned to Charlotte.
