One of Austin's premier neighborhoods and within 2 miles of Downtown, S Lamar is chock full of great restaurants, live music venues, cafes, art galleries, and near Zilker Park and the Barton Springs Pool. Local favorites Loro's, Proud Mary Coffee, Austin Beer Garden and Sin Gines are all within a short walk from the condo.
Modern and comfortable
Spent 6 weeks at Johns condo. He is a fantastic host, and very responsive. The condo is clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Lovely summer rental
My friend and I stayed here for the summer while working business school internships in Austin for the summer. John was very friendly and communicative which made the leasing process very easy. The location was great, situated in a cute neighborhood and just a block away from South Lamar, where I would walk to get coffee most mornings. The apartment itself was new and clean and had all the amenities we needed, including pickleball racquets to enjoy the courts on the property

I cannot say enough how great the stay at John's property has been. The location is great - a quick drive to downtown but also easy access to major highways. The community is quiet and meticulously kept. The unit is stocked with everything you could need for a turnkey experience. Communication with John was seamless and he was always lightning fast with his response to any questions. The whole experience was a 10/10
