Peaceful, Enjoyable Stay

I had a great experience staying in this room. The house was large with a sizable yard and back deck that I enjoyed on warm mornings. Because of the size there is a lot of opportunity for privacy and solitude. And the common area is clean and nicely decorated. The house is located on a quiet street just a one minute walk from a small plaza with a 24 hour convivence store, Latin restaurant and a couple other businesses. It takes about 15 minutes to get into D.C., so perfect for those looking for a residential feel with quick access to the city. There's also a bus stop within walking distance if need be.

This home is BEAUTIFUL! It's clean, well maintained, and on a quiet street, which was nice. The landlords were super communicative and accommodating for anything I needed. Though there isn't a metro stop within walking distance, the bus stop is right up the street and came frequently enough. I enjoyed staying in this room due to basically having my own bathroom that the other tenants only used when hanging out in the kitchen or living room (I had the shower all to myself due to there being another full bathroom on the second floor). I was super hesitant because this is the first room rental I've done where I had roommates, but it was honestly great!
