I have worked hard to create a beautiful, warm home. It's full of light and plants and art. There are many spaces separated from each other. Including a relaxing sunroom to read, write, and relax in. A large dining room table, good kitchen. Bright office. And a living room with vaulted ceilings and a comfy couch.

Entrance to the room is through the common garage and not the front door . The room is a great space to rest and relax. There is a mini fridge. There aren't any windows so it's easy to get an amazing night's sleep. I have put daylight lightbulbs in most of the lighting fixtures to counteract not having windows. Very private, peaceful retreat
I work unusual hours, sometimes overnights and 12 hour shifts, so not having a window in the room was magical. Anytime I came home to sleep was "nighttime" for me. When I did want bright natural light, I found it upstairs in the living room or sunroom. Amazing walkable location.
