Property managment for this place is TRASH!

DO NOT RENT HERE. I arrived to find it to be 80+ degrees (broken AC), a sewage smell, and non-working wash/dryr. Maintenance failed to fix these issues after three attempts. When I requested the lease be vacated on day 4, property owner pushed back, lied and said it was fixed and only allowing it after I let it be know that I had proof of the uninhabitable conditions. The management, specifically Taylor, tried to delay my refund by claiming a 14-day window, although disregarding AZ law regarding working A/C (A.R.S. § 33-1324). I only received my money after showing up in person and demanding it, despite being refunded by Obligo days prior. They requested cash, which makes it harder for banks to recover funds. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. Always keep a paper trail, take walkthrough videos, before/after, know your rights and stand up for yourself. Because all these folks care about is money!
