This is an old, restored home, so the wiring is newer and drywall no plaster or dust or harmful byproducts of old. It has spacious rooms, smaller kitchen and smaller living room. There is welcoming colors and we can negotiate one small pet. There is some flexibility of offerings with a longer term commitment.
