Great place!

I needed somewhere to stay with my large dog and needed access to a yard and this house was great! The accommodations are good and there's plenty of space. Robert and his family are very nice and helpful anytime something came up. Having access to walk up to the yard and let the dog sniff and play with the kids was really nice. Totally recommend staying here!

Amazing stay in a quiet neighborhood

What a gem this place was! The location was great, short walking distance to public transportation, state fair, and cute but lively downtown which has a beautiful park and nice public library. Family oriented neighborhood. The basement apartment has 4 full sized windows which allowed a lot of light in. The place was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and more on move-in day, lots of storage space and I didnt have to share washer and dryer. The landlord communicates well, anytime theres pest control and such working on the house, he lets us know. He also makes us aware about events in downtown and I really enjoyed some of them. We had a very pleasant experience with our stay. Highly recommended!
