Private, charming farmhouse

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect for what we needed for 6 months of comfort and privacy. Gorgeous stars at night and the river isn't too far away if you like to explore a bit. Audrey and Chris were super responsive. Lots of areas to walk and lovely old tree covered roads nearby. There is a Trader Joes within a mile and the town of Templeton is a gem! Close to Paso and SLO!

Cute country farmhouse on 16 acre vineyard

We stayed in this cute farmhouse for 2 1/2 months during the spring of 2025. Large smart tv's in living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom is large with a very comfortable king size bed. Modern conveniences made it feel like home while we were waiting to find our next home. The neighborhood is very scenic with views of the mountains. Sunsets and morning fog over the mountains were our favorite. Quiet and safe area for walking. Lots of farm animals to walk by in the neighborhood like goats, sheep, cows and a horse or two. Neighbors are friendly. The hosts are very kind and accomadated us when we needed to extend our stay.
