We are located in the Hilltop Neighborhood of Tacoma, Washington. It is off South 19th Street, on South L street's ally way in the heart of the "Medical Mile". It's close to bus and light rail lines, so you will have easy access to anywhere around town. And, there is one free off street parking spot for the apartment. It is an emerging neighborhood and has plenty of old town charm.

A beautiful and comfy apartment!

Jo's apartment had everything I needed, including my top 5 absolute, deal-breaker, must-haves: my very own parking space, in-unit washer and dryer, a/c and heating, a kitchen with full-size appliances, and a cloud-comfy bed! The apartment is impeccably clean, fully furnished, and beautifully decorated. It is airy, bright and spacious. There are 2 outdoor areas for guests to enjoy. Both were great for sitting down and sipping on my morning coffee, or relaxing after a long day at work. It was truly a home-away-from-home. I didn't want to leave! Jo's apartment is located in a beautifully landscaped, charming and quiet neighborhood. it's close to downtown, coffee shops, restaurants, the waterfront, and more! Jo's apartment is one of my top 3 favorite places! She and her husband, Jeff, and their precious dog, Sammie, are excellent hosts. Jo and Jeff are two of the kindest people I know. They strive to make sure that their guests are comfortable and happy! I highly recommend Jo's place!

Homey apt

I've loved living in this apartment (very sad to be leaving)! It is in a convenient location, very clean, and loved the parking situation. Jo and Jeff are the best landlords I could have hoped for. They made this feel like home for me and I will forever be grateful that I was able to stay here for a few months. Would highly recommend!

Cozy ADU near St Joe MC

I absolutely loved living in this cozy second floor ADU near St Joseph's Medical Centre - it truly felt like home. The space is filled with natural light, thanks to the vaulted ceilings and big windows, and has many thoughtful, charming touches - like the built-in coffee bar, entry bench, and dresser. The layout is open and airy, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and a smartly designed dining space. The bedroom is peaceful, with a comfortable queen bed and a generous walk-in closet. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer and dishwasher right in the unit - so convenient! One of the sweetest parts of living here was the landlord, her husband, and their adorable dog! They were always kind, welcoming, and responsive - truly some of the best people I've rented from. I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer. If I ever come back I'll definitely be back here!
