We are located in the Hilltop Neighborhood of Tacoma, Washington. It is off South 19th Street, on South L street's ally way in the heart of the "Medical Mile". It's close to bus and light rail lines, so you will have easy access to anywhere around town. And, there is one free off street parking spot for the apartment. It is an emerging neighborhood and has plenty of old town charm.

Cozy ADU near St Joe MC
I absolutely loved living in this cozy second floor ADU near St Joseph's Medical Centre - it truly felt like home. The space is filled with natural light, thanks to the vaulted ceilings and big windows, and has many thoughtful, charming touches - like the built-in coffee bar, entry bench, and dresser. The layout is open and airy, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and a smartly designed dining space. The bedroom is peaceful, with a comfortable queen bed and a generous walk-in closet. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer and dishwasher right in the unit - so convenient! One of the sweetest parts of living here was the landlord, her husband, and their adorable dog! They were always kind, welcoming, and responsive - truly some of the best people I've rented from. I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer. If I ever come back I'll definitely be back here!
