Awesome apartment

Great apartment and location. Mr Nick was very helpful with helping me get set up in the apartment and with everything I needed for the 7 months I was there. Will definitely go back again.

Overall great experience! Nick the owner is extremely helpful and very responsive and made our stay so easy! Apartment is large l, comfortable, and has everything you could need for an extended stay. Area is nice and all of the essentials are close by. Overall would recommend and will hopefully be rebooking in the future!

A Happy Tenant

Nick is a very responsive and attentive landlord. He ensures his property is well maintained and all appliances, plumbing, and the unit/house is in good working order for the tenant. Small issues are resolved same day or the first half of the next day. Larger issues are resolved as quickly as Nick can get a repairman to the unit/house. Overall, Nick appreciates his tenants and makes sure they are living in a well maintained property.
