Cozy apartment in Madrona, Seattle - Available Oct 4 - Nov 4

Great folks and neighborhood

I lived in the apartment for a summer during an internship. Allen and Jane are incredibly friendly and respectful people. They gave local recommendations for restaurants, parks, best roads, and so forth. I felt very welcome right off the bat. Their communication was also excellent throughout. In regard to the apartment, it's in a great location in a very charming neighborhood. There is a grocery store, several bars, and wonderful restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment is in a unit below their residence, but I never found this to be an inconvenience. The apartment is clean, recently remodeled, and in great condition. Of note, there isn't any designated parking, but finding a spot on the street was never an issue. Even during my commute to Bellevue, due to the proximity to the interstate, I found it to be very enjoyable. I highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to live in a quiet Seattle neighborhood.

Beautiful apartment, great landlords, lovely neighborhood

We had a great experience staying here and highly recommend it for both individuals and couples. Jane and Allen were wonderful landlords - really kind, flexible, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The suite is newly renovated and modern while still feeling cozy and comfortable. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, and the large closets provided plenty of storage space. The bathroom also had tons of storage, which was especially convenient. The shared yard is beautiful and adds to the peaceful, welcoming feel of the property. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and surrounded by nature, while still making it easy to get around Seattle and access everything we needed. The lake is close by which is lovely in the summer. Street parking was also consistently easy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this rental.
