Pet-friendly 2BR home with office + large fenced yard

Feels like home!

This rental felt like home for the last year. My dog and I felt safe, comfortable, and at home for this has to be the best furnished finders we have stayed in over the years. Homeowners are lovely and addressed any issues promptly. Perfect location- close to parks, grocery stores, VCU hospital, gym, places to eat, and my favorite 'Carytown'. The back and front yard couldn't have been any bigger! Highly recommended this property and landlords.

Perfect RVA Home

We rented this house from February through July, and couldnt have been happier! The house was comfy, clean, and spacious, with an amazing fenced-in private backyard that quickly became our favorite (and our dog as well) spot to relax in every season. Morgan and Andrew are fantastic hostsalways quick to respond and resolve any questions or issues. Its full of thoughtful touches, from the well-equipped kitchen (perfect for both cooking and baking) to the unique, beautiful dishes and new appliances. The sunlight fills the space beautifully, making it feel bright and welcoming throughout the day, and cozy indoor gas fireplace at night. Though the house is on a busy main street, you'd never know it and the driveway/alley design makes getting in and out easy without ever backing into traffic. The neighborhood itself is stunning and safe, with convenient access to all kinds of stores and restaurants. If we return to Richmond, this is absolutely the neighborhoodand homewed choose again.
