Incredible!

My boyfriend, two dogs & I stayed at Bryce’s place for two months and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect and it is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Bryce is also very accommodating & responsive. There’s a grocery store walking distance & plenty of nearby food spots. I can’t imagine there being a better spot in the area.

Pros: spacious comfortable bed, great kitchen, mini home theater w/ great speakers (Bryce installed), lights w/ switches that adjust in brightness, 16 min away from BAMC, 25 min away from Lackland, neighborhood close by Olmos Park and super safe for a nice run, nearby (8 min) Trader Joe's & Whole Foods, Bryce is super responsive and cared about providing the best living situation possible! Cons: BYO utensils cookware - only 1 wooden spatula to use, BYO food containers - limited selection, limited outlets in the kitchen, nearby train tracks - train arrival isn't loud but the home does shake slightly, neighbor dogs barking can be loud at night, 1 incident of ant infestation that was dealt w/ well, ideal for 1 person can get tight w/ 2 folks Highly recommend!
