Best year ever!

I stayed at this property for a full year, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The home was always exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The Lori was amazingfriendly, responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Any questions or needs were addressed promptly, and the property was consistently kept in excellent condition. After a year of living here, I can confidently say this was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and reliable place to stay. Thank you for making my time here so enjoyable!

Don't do it

She reels you in with her sneaky god awful smile, then surveillances you throughout the whole house. And if you're not white, she'll lie about you and even call the cops on you until you pack up and leave! Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache, no need for negative energy and sly, racist women.

Amal, first of all, I do not have cameras inside of my home. If you were worried about that, you should have confronted me so I could have given you a piece of mind that I do not have them. The ones I do have are very obvious and theyre outside. The reason for those is because of my extensive traveling, I have it for security purposes. Im not real sure where the racial card comes from. The color of your skin or your race has nothing to do with the reason why you were asked to leave. You had already wanted to leave and informed me that you found a cheaper place. I needed you to sign the termination lease agreement and we agreed upon that. You were planning to leave that week. I waived your three month contract because you were unhappy and I just wanted you to be happy. The real reason why i moved the date up was because you had drugs inside of my home. Which you admitted to. I told you I was allergic to marijuana and if you could please remove it from the home. You came home that night and refused to do it. So I then called the police. I do not allow drugs in my home. I also mentioned that if you would have been upfront with me about that, I wouldve never did a contract with you to begin with. In addition to me being allergic and suffering from the smell all day while you were working was unacceptable. Please dont blame this on me. You need to take ownership for what you did. There was a reason to call the police. I have a stranger in my home. I know theres marijuana. I can smell it and you admit to it. Then you copy a really bad attitude when asked to remove it. What I have learned from this is that upfront to ask if people have special needs around taking drugs for any reason. I hope you have learned to be more honest and respectful in the future.
