Wonderful Miami Transfer!

Salar is what you hope for in a landlord but don't typically find. I was in one of the small studios on the side. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and without hassle, communication was always respectful and clear, and my deposit was returned promptly and fairly at move-out. What stood out most was his responsiveness. I always felt like a priority. That kind of professionalism makes a real difference as a tenant, especially in Miami and it made for a genuinely positive experience. I loved the updated appliances as well. Thank you!

Decent Stay Marred by Unfair Deposit Deductions

I stayed here for 2 months. The unit is small but thoughtfully designed in a good location, and the landlord was generally responsive during the stay. However, prospective tenants should note the unit is in the side yard of a larger rental; neighbors occasionally mistook the space for theirs and blocked my entrance with their cars. My major issue was the move-out process. The landlord deducted $350 from my deposit for a minor hairline crack in the shower tiles that I was unaware of and refused to negotiate. Furthermore, despite my paying a $100 cleaning fee, he accused me of leaving the unit uncleaned (citing dust and grout mold). These strict expectations were never communicated beforehand. It felt like I was being penalized for standard turnover items that should have been covered by the fee. Verdict: Caution to future tenants. Document everything upon arrival (photos/videos) and clarify exactly what the cleaning fee covers to avoid surprise charges.

Spent 2 months here and am so glad I chose this place over others. Here are some takeaways from my stay as a first timer in Miami: - Excellent location. I-95/195/Downtown/Brickell - all very easy to get to. Wynwood, Design District, Midtown are all a short walk. - Property itself is kept very clean and neat. Quiet for relaxing, sleeping but right at the edge of everything that's going on in Miami. I could type a bunch about my time here and the pros of this spot but the character count limit wont let me. Salar is awesome and he did a very good job with this rental. I will be back - going to miss staying there.
