Great stay
I had the pleasure of staying here for three months during a travel nursing assignment, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for an extended stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and at home. Tina was an exceptional landlord. She was kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly, and she made the entire experience stress-free.

Comfortable Stay
I've been residing in the studio apartment for the past three months, and it's been an ideal place for me while working in downtown Richmond. I'm so impressed with the apartment that I've decided to extend my stay for the next two months. The apartment had everything I needed, and the neighborhood was incredibly peaceful and quiet. If I had one wish, it would have been for my work hours to be shorter, so I could fully enjoy the great amenities offered by the apartment. After a long day at work, coming home to peace and quiet is exactly what I crave, and this place delivers. During my stay, I had the pleasure of getting to know the friendly landlord and we became fast friends. I have been short term renting for over six years now and lived in many spaces. I highly recommend the studio apartment, as well as the two master suites in the main house. All three options are fantastic! If my job ever brings me back to Richmond, I'll definitely be staying here again.
