Awesome place!

This is an awesome property, and Rachel is the best landlord. I only had one small issue during my stay, and she was very prompt to handle it. One obvious perk was have a mail room for packages to be delivered, so no missed boxes, and then the location to the streetcar! If you're going to be in the area, give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. There was also a designated covered parking spot!
