Excellent ADU, neighborhood and landlord

Here's a shorter, clean version: --- I stayed at this property for over a year and had a great experience. The unit is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The internet is fast and reliable-more than enough for gaming, streaming, and working from home. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and feel high quality, and the air conditioning works , keeping the space comfortable year-round. I also really enjoyed having both a front and back patio. The property feels very safe and private, located in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The location is also a big plus-centrally situated in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County area, making it easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this rental.
