Wonderful place to stay
Stayed here for a few months, great neighborhood and comfortable spot. Carmel was delightful helped with everything I needed in a prompt manner. Everything worked out and there are some great walking paths and restaurants around. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Modern JADU in beautiful neighborhood
I have nothing but nice things to say about this unit, neighborhood, and landlord. Carmel could not have been nicer, or easier to work with especially with my multiple changes of plans that come with travel healthcare assignments. Carmel is also a very attentive landlord, and she responded to all of my questions/requests very quickly and with kindness. The unit is small, but modern and offers all the amenities I needed including probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Perfect for me and my pup. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Highly recommend!
