I had an amazing experience staying here. Great location, felt safe, and there are lots of nice coffee shops, parks, and even a walking trail near by. The girls where amazing I stayed in the colonial beach room and have no complaints. I was visiting due to work in Vanderbilt University and was 10 minutes away by car super easy commute.

Great Housing in Prime Nashville location

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The landlord was always responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The location is in a great neighborhood, just 10 minutes from downtown, with bus stops and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bedroom comes with a private full bathroom and both the bedroom and shared spaces were nicely furnished. I enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Nashville!

Great place to stay

Nothing but good things to say about my stay in Nashville! I worked at tristar and and the commute was about 8 min. Not much further to vandy or st Thomas. Very cute and safe neighborhood with places to walk/ run. Stayed in the master and there's plenty of closet and storage space!

Very Nice

Landlord is very accommodating and responsive. House is clean and in a very nice, safe area. Room comes with the basics and is spacious. Noise is good though some weekends you will hear music from the pub down the road. Payments are very easy and smooth.

A perfect place to call home!!

I stayed here for the last month of my contract in Nashville. The townhouse is in a safe neighborhood and walkable to McCabe greenway. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice to have an attached separate bathroom. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great place to stay!! Would highly recommend. Jinu was the sweetest to work with. Super friendly and always answered any questions I had. Very responsive. Would come back and stay in a heartbeat!!
