Beware!

I’m sharing my experience renting this ADU to help future tenants make informed decisions. I signed a lease and paid a $500 deposit, along with the application fee, for the duration of my travel contract. My work contract was unexpectedly canceled 16 days prior to moving in at which time I informed them immediately. The ADU remained occupied by a prior tenant for several weeks after I signed the lease, which delayed availability. Despite never moving in and providing advance notice, I was informed that my $500 deposit would not be returned and would instead be treated as a penalty for breaking the lease. Communication during this process felt dismissive and lacked understanding of the unexpected loss of my employment, which was completely outside of my control. Despite the landlords not losing anything financially, they still refuse to return my deposit! This is not only unethical but illegal as well. Good luck and be careful before renting this unit

I had a great stay here. You have everything you need in your own private area. All amenities included, as well as your own designated parking spot. Landlords are very helpful with any concerns.
