Great stay!

I had a great stay here. The place was super clean, spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. It sits in a quiet, new neighborhood that feels safe and relaxing, with a grocery store close by for easy errands and trails nearby offering great mountain and lake views. The spot is great, about 20 minutes to Golden and 25 to Boulder. Greg is one of the nicest, most accommodating hosts; he is responsive, friendly, and always happy to provide anything you need. Clean, quiet, conveniently located, and backed by a fantastic host. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay with Greg!

I stayed at Greg's house for almost 6 months during a research visit at NREL. I enjoyed everyday in his new town home located in a very friendly neighborhood. Grocery stores and restaurants are around the corner and the Rocky flats offer many hiking opportunities. Greg is a warm-hearted guy, always trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very clean house with a well-equipped kitchen. The room is spacious and the toilet is next door. I can definitely recommend this stay!
