3month Long Term Stay in Northern Thornton

Parviz and his family were extremely pleasant to rent from. The space was large, welcoming, and comfortable for my 3 month clinical rotation in the area. This basement apartment was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. (And if the space didn't already have something that I needed, Parviz and his wife were quick to help me and acquire the kitchen items or anything else that I needed for that matter.) My dog and I were welcomed and treated pleasantly. We had a private entrance into the unit that you access through the garage door with plenty of storage space inside the unit. The only thing I would recommend is possibly a different mattress or new foam pad topper to the bed as I sunk in quite a bit to the mattress and caused some minor back aches infrequently. The neighborhood safe and has a park very close by. I would recommend this rental as a long term or short term stay if you are in the area as they were great hosts and were always willing to help or wave hello in passing.
