Our small but quaint studio is perfect for a single or couple. It has everything that you need in order to feel like home. There is plenty of parking on the street. It is safe and mostly quiet. However, there are two schools nearby so during their lunchtime and recess, there is some kid noises. The washer and dryer is not in the unit but in the backyard and is about ten steps away from the unit door.
