Not trustworthy

I rented and paid for this apartment for three months. Three days later, Lukas called me saying that the property had been listed on two other platforms and that another person had also booked it. He then told me he had another property available and sent me photos. I accepted because I had already paid and trusted him. Less than a week before check-in, I received an email stating that my reservation had been canceled due to “family matters” and that I would receive a refund within five business days. I messaged him, and he simply told me that he had to remove the listing, which is not true, as the properties are still available on VRBO, Furnished Finder, and Airbnb. Now I have to leave the place where I am staying and cannot rent another place because I need to wait for the refund to be processed. When I tried to contact him again to ask for an explanation, he completely ignored me.

Perfect Location & Cozy Apartment!

Such a lovely stay! The apartment was cozy, modern, and spotless. I really loved how close it was to the train and downtown Linden. It was easy and walkable distance to really awesome resturants and to even commute to the city. The host was super friendly and quick to respond. Would happily stay again! Thank you & highly recommend.
