Wonderful Concordia Neighborhood Rental

Perfect place for an extended stay. I needed a place to call home during the summer of 2024. My husband required medical procedures at Providence Portland Medical Center and also extensive rehab in Gresham. The location of this townhome is GREAT. Loved the neighborhood. Very quiet and was always able to get a parking space right in front of the Townhouse. Easy commutes to the Portland Airport and visiting family in Beaverton. Very walkable location to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The host was very helpful, and the townhome had everything I needed. The 2nd floor was very private and met my needs. House was supplied with all the basics and had plenty of room for my stuff. The backyard is wonderful to sit and enjoy coffee or a cold drink. I highly recommend this place for long term stays. It met my needs perfectly.

Gorgeous rented room in house

I lived in this amazing house for about a year before moving on. The home owner is super nice and welcoming. The house is a new build so everything is new and clean, as well as well taken care of. Bright open kitchen to cook in, in- home laundry which was helpful. Your own bathroom right next to the room. The location is great as well. Close to a great street call Alberta, lots of cute shops and bars and restaurants. Also not too far from other popular streets such as Burnside, Hawthorne, and Mississippi which are all on the Eastside of the river which is nice! Would highly recommend staying at this location. GREAT house vibes. Super peaceful and quiet! Safe neighborhood and close to a outdoor park and track too!
