Unit A review

I stayed at this property in Unit A in Petersburg VA while my husband was training at Fort Gregg Adams, and it was such a pleasant experience! The 12 ft ceilings and beautiful historic doors gave the space a grand, open feel while still being very cozy which I loved a lot. The unit was spotlessly clean and well managed by the property manager, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I also loved how close it was to great local restaurants and only a 5-minute drive to the highway, making it easy to explore nearby areas. I Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Comfy stay, Would Recommend

Stayed at this property in Petersburg, VA for about 3 months while working as a nurse at Southside Regional. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had plenty of privacy, which made it easy to relax after long shifts. Getting to work was super convenient the house is just a few minutes from the highway, so commuting around town was quick and easy. I also really enjoyed exploring the local restaurants nearby theres a nice variety of spots to grab good food and unwind. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which gave me real peace of mind during my stay. Alvid the property manager, was outstanding. He was always quick to respond to any questions, and the maintenance team was just as reliable and professional. Overall, it was a great stay and Id definitely come back again if Im ever in the area for work.

Great stay

I stayed in Unit D for a couple of months while going to VSU and enjoyed it. The bedroom and living room were clean and cozy. apartment was spacious and private. It was quick to get to the highway and there was food in the area. Neighborhood is friendly. property manager (alvid) was kind, professional, and quick to respond. maintenance was helpful and approachable

Not comfy not cozy

I stayed in unit D, I would like to write a thorough review but it keeps telling me its too many characters so heres the basics, its a sketchy neighborhood, mgmt expects you to take out trash /recycling to street, ppl leave clothes in washing machine or dryer for long periods of time, unit was HOT, most uncomfortable loveseat ever, maintenance showed up unexpected or when was expected, not at all, weird smells. Mgmt was prompt to reply, easy parking, only good things.

Felt Just Like Home!

I recently stayed here with my wife, who is a travel nurse, and we could not have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, upon arrival, the apartment was clean, private, and beautifully decoratedit immediately felt like home. The location was perfectlocated just five minutes from the highway, making it easy to get around for work and exploring the area. To top it off, there was an amazing burrito spot literally a few steps across the street, which quickly became a go-to for us! Alvid and his team were absolutely fantasticextremely responsive and quick to provide answers to any questions we had throughout my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness made the entire experience enjoyable! Without a doubt, the next time were in Virginia for a contract, Ill definitely be staying here again!!

Temporary stay

The apartment was nice and very close to where I was doing an internship for college. Alvid was very helpful and responded to me in a very timely manner.

My stay here was great! Alvid and his management team is always responsive and helpful with any maintenance requests. The apartment complex is conveniently located near public transportation and local shops. I also enjoyed downtown Richmond, VA which is only 30 minutes away!
