A Quiet and Private Place to Stay
My son and I stayed at Rich's for 5 weeks and felt really lucky to have ended up renting from him. First of all, the room is nice, with a high quality bed and a spacious bathroom. It is also really private because the rest of the condo is upstairs so you feel like you are coming and going to your own space. And most importantly, Rich is a friendly, helpful, quiet person. We always felt welcome but not intruded upon. Also he installed a mini-fridge and microwave in our space which was handy.
