Great place!

I had a wonderful experience renting the ground-floor guest suite from James and Kate. The space is spotless, comfortable, and well-kept in a peaceful, safe neighborhood. Having utilities covered and bi-weekly cleaning included made the stay very convenient. What really sets this place apart are the hosts-James and Kate are top-tier. They are exceptionally responsive, fair, and straightforward to work with, making coordination easy from start to finish. Communication from day one has been seamless. I couldn't have asked for better or more reasonable hosts, and I highly recommend staying here!

Rental Space

This property was not only a great space but a place that is in a great location. The landlords of this property are amazing about responding promptly with any concerns you may have and are genuinely committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. This space contains its own area of privacy with many amenities you may need. It is only 5 min walk to the train station that goes into NYC which is very convenient as well as a 5-10 min away from stores. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a private space with a comfortable environment.
