Stunning Kona Stay - Apartment with Panoramic Ocean and Sunset Views

Beautiful quiet space with gorgeous views of coast

Denis and Susan are terrific landlords. They are very accommodating with requests. They even let me pick out a small kitchen island for the space when I needed more counter top for cooking. It's very quiet, comfortable bed, large closet and pantry for all your needs. Really happy that it has a washer and dryer. You have your own parking space and best of all is the gorgeous view of Kona coast. It is the perfect midway spot for Kona town and Waimea. Close to many beaches and right up the road from Costco. I will definitely rent here again. Lovely.

Living in Paradise

I recently had the opportunity to rent this awesome unit for 3 monhs and I can tell you it is worth it. Susan the landlord is polite, professional and open to any suggestions on how to make the unit better. Had the refrigerator break down and she replaced it within 24 hours. I even had the opportunity to pick out the new one. She even replaced the air fryer oven. The unit is in a great location and very private. The views are awesome and the higher elevation gives you cooler temps. Cant say enough about this unit, give it a try, you will enjoy the privacy, location and ocean views for day!

Akamai Stay

This is an awesome place! The view is stunning and I enjoyed much cooler evenings with the higher elevation. The appliances all work great (washer/dryer, hot plate, air fryer/oven). Susan and Dennis are quick to respond and lend a hand when needed, they made my stay wonderful. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!
