Absolute Perfect Place and Perfect Landlord

Me and my boyfriend lived here for 3 months in the summer of 2025 and fell in love with this townhome. The landlord is so kind but also very professional. The room and bathroom are a very generous size, and every place in the house is spotlessly clean! Her puppies are also the sweetest and most well-behaved pets. Moreover, we also fell in love with the area. It feels so safe, it's quiet, it's close to the Blue Line train station, and also close to about 100 different restaurants, coffee shops, date night fun, bars, and even a nice drive to the heart of the city. My boyfriend and I have since come back to live here for 4 more months in 2026 after both graduating from university before finding our permanent apartment, and we are very happy here. I recommend this for someone who is looking for a clean and safe space for a little while. Please be respectful of the landlord's space too!!!
