Private Master Bedroom Suite

Master suite available in a quiet house. I work from home so it's best that you also work during the day. Shared kitchen and living room. Non-smoking environment. Two small dogs and a cat on premises, but they don't go in rental space.

I'd prefer a female roommate, but I'm open to the right person. I do require a background screening.
