10/10 recommend staying here

My partner and I are both travel nurses who worked at Brown. So location was ideal for travel to and from work. 10 minute drives to get groceries. 10 min drive to the gym. Everything in great proximity. The place itself was spotless on arrival. Had no problems with utilities and had everything we needed for our stay. Landlords were extremely responsive and were a pleasure to work with. Never once felt unsafe. Thank you for a great stay !

Cozy and convenient

This apartment is in a really convenient location, it's located in a residential area and it's only a ten minute drive to RIH. The apartment was super cozy and upgraded with new appliances. I also loved having a closed in backyard. This is a ground level unit, so sometimes you do get some noise from the upstairs unit. Michelle was a fantastic landlord. She was always available if I needed anything, and quick to respond. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be renting from her!

Great Experience

I stayed here for this past summer and it was a fantastic experience. Michele was so friendly and an amazing host. The apartment is beautiful and the neighborhood was a lot of fun. I took my daughter regularly to the park down the street and then you have great food trucks on the other end. My family and I were cozy immediately and will definitely rent with her again. Highly recommend!

Nice, conveniently located unit!

Rented this unit for 3 months over the summer. Michelle was very responsive and very helpful making my stay super comfortable and enjoyable. The unit has updated appliances and is furnished with everything I needed. Would highly recommend staying here!

3 month rental experience

I stayed at this furnished finder for 3 months while working at a hospital in the areas. The location is close to most of the hospitals in providence. There is a nice park to run in near by and a few good grocery options driving distance away. The food scene in the area is nice and the apartment was drastic. Would recommend this area for sure.
