Soulard!!!

We stayed here March till June 2026. The apartment is great, has everything you need. Bed is comfy, water pressure in shower great. Everyday enjoyed sitting on the back porch. Had easy access to the parking spot. Area is very active but at night with the bedroom in the back of the apartment we were never bothered by any street noise. Is such a great area. And I cannot recommend the landlords enough. They responded quicky and efficiently.

Amazing Townhome in Soulard

I loved this place, it had such a home like feel, I almost stayed an entire year if my job location didn’t change I would have stayed longer! This property came with all the needed amenities, great location, and private parking. The landlord Robert is super friendly, helpful, and informative! I highly recommend:)

WONDERFUL!

I LOVED my time with this unit. I was here for work from June to December and had a wonderful experience. Robert is an amazing landlord who made sure to thoroughly communicate any maintenance appointments/requests, made sure I was comfortable. He's very friendly and easy to work with. The space was very well supplied and had very nice touches to ensure a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this rental!

Awesome property

I am a travel RN whom planned on spending a short time in St Louis; long story short my stay turned into almost a year! Robert and Cassandra were awesome hosts for that entire time. The property is clean and comfortable and super easy to get to the hospital. Soulard is fun, lots of food, drinks, and entertainment. Would absolutely stay with them again!

Wonderful stay!

I stayed here for a 13 week contract while working in St. Louis and had the best time! Off street parking. In the heart of soulard which is one of the safest areas in St. Louis that I found out from the locals. Walkable to restaurants, bars, parks, and a 5 star farmers market! Robert is an amazing landlord! I work night shift and he answers my text and calls at all hours. I felt very safe!

Amazing housing for assignment

I stayed here for six months during my travel nurse assignment in St. Louis, and it was an amazing, very enjoyable experience. The apartment is in the heart of Soulard, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and bars, and only a short walk to the incredible Soulard Farmers Market. The unit was recently renovated, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with a cozy, homey feel. Having my own in-unit laundry was a huge plus, as well as a dedicated parking spot in the back. The location is fantasticSoulard is a lively, fun neighborhood with activities and events nearly every weekend, yet the apartment stayed peaceful and quiet when I needed to rest. Its also extremely convenient, being only about a 10-minute drive to the hospitals, even with traffic. The host was always responsive and accommodating with any requests I had. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in St. Louisit truly made my assignment feel like home.
