Pretty good stay, but…had some issues

My family stayed here long term for about 6 months. The space itself was welcoming and spacious but we had quite of few issues with the stay, including the third floor losing power for a while and in general not really being well connected to the hvac. The bathrooms also have clear signs of water damage which have not been remedied so it’s a little weird. This area also has lots of skunks and raccoons that get into trash and the trash may not be picked up if it’s not according to the areas specifications. There are other issues that I cannot fit into this review but overall, I would give the stay a 3.5.
