This condo is absolutely incredible! Shelley is a wonderful and responsive landlord who truly goes above and beyond. Everything you could possibly need from linens to cooking essentials to cleaning supplies, and even toiletries is provided upon arrival, making the transition to Charleston effortless and enjoyable. The James Island location couldnt be better! I was here for a medical school temporary assignment at MUSC, and my commute to the hospital was only five minutes. You cant beat that! Its also just a short drive to beautiful Folly Beach, where youll find live music, stunning ocean views, and great vibes all around. I couldnt have asked for a better stay!

My wife, my dog, and I have loved this place! The Condo: The condo itself is really great. Fully furnished, stocked kitchen, high quality appliances, you name it. It's a very clean and comfortable condo - great size for a 1-bedroom apartment. This location is also unbeatable. Walking distance to a Publix and several great restaurants, 12 minute drive to my office downtown, 15 minute drive to Folly Beach. Honestly, don't think there's a better location you can live in for this price. The Landlord: Shelley is the best landlord I've ever had - I mean it. She has been so accommodating - allowing us to check in in the middle of the night, allowing us to extend our lease in the middle of our contract, and paying for us to replace our blender after a slight mishap in the kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about her, she is genuinely a good person. We need more Shelleys in the world. If this condo is on your list, cross everything else off your list and book this one.

I absolutely loved staying here it was such a convenient location to my job as well as downtown. The community was so quiet. I enjoyed the pool every now and then. Its located super conveniently to Folly Beach about 15 minutes. Every person I met in the apartment complex was so kind. it was such a comfortable stay, plenty of clean linen washer and dryer worked perfect, all of the utilities I needed and I was extremely comfortable. If I couldve stayed, I absolutely wouldve. This is somewhere. I could see myself staying as an extended stay longer than three months. Shelley was very easy to work with always entered my questions and answered promptly.

I am a travel nurse that rented this condo for the last 6 months and it was an amazing experience! I originally was only staying for 3 months but renewed for another 3 months because I liked it so much. I honestly didnt want to leave but I took a travel contract somewhere else. I highly recommend renting this property! The landlords are so kind and attentive! Easily reachable by text, with a response within minutes if needed. Fortunately didnt really need them for anything as the property is in great condition and well taken care of, but if I had any questions they were kind and easy to get in touch with. They also were kind enough to reach out and check in to see how things were going every so often. The condo is beautiful and my dog and I really enjoyed staying there (very dog friendly). The community is gated and safe. The neighbors were kind and friendly. There is a nice walking trail, pool, business center and fitness center on the property as well. The condo is fully furnished and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay there. The only thing you need is clothes and personal products/belongings. Nice furniture and cutely decorated. It has a screened in patio to sit out on when nice outside. Parking was never an issue, plenty of spots. I am a night shift nurse and had no trouble sleeping as the community is quiet. I worked at MUSC and the condo was only about a 7-8 minute drive from the hospital. About 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 10-15 minutes from Folly beach so it was very conveniently located. There is a shopping center within a short walking distance from the condo that has a Publix, nail salon, coffee shop, Marcos pizza, Jersey mikes, Chinese restaurant, Mexican restaurant, bagel shop and Irish pub. The condo is located on James island which is a great part of Charleston with lots to do and lots of great bars, restaurants and everything else you need. I really loved my experience here! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area! Cant say enough positive things!
