About the landlord

We have owned this house since 2001. Shortly after purchasing it in 2002, a small fire required extensive repair. This spurred a love of working on houses that I still have today. Eventually we built an addition onto the house. Everything was permitted and done to code. I shopped at salvage stores and we learned as we went. Now I can say that this home is truly hand-crafted. In 2019 I had to move an hour north for work, so renting allows me to hold onto this home that I love.
