This is a 400 square foot studio with an eat-in kitchen, comfortable for one person to live, but large enough to have a couple visitors for a meal. It is private because its off a street with very little traffic. The unit directly above houses a long-term tenant. There is also an outdoor seating area next to the garden available for use.
