Cozy Bungalow near Hospitals

Peaceful, Safe, and Responsive Landlord

Stayed here for a six week internship in Omaha. I lived alone, but had visitors stay with me periodically throughout my time there. I highly recommend. The house is well-kept and nicely decorated. It felt like home. The kitchen has everything you need. The landlords are spectacularly responsive. I don't think it ever took them more than 45 minutes to respond to one of my messages. Whenever I had a problem, their handyman came to fix it almost immediately. The location is excellent: in six weeks of commuting to downtown Omaha, it never took me more than 25 minutes to get there. Usually it took less than that. In fact, it never took me any longer than 25 minutes to get anywhere in Omaha. You can walk to a beautiful park just 3 minutes down the road, walk to Aldi, walk to the nearby Bar & Grill, drive no more than 10 minutes to Target for groceries. You really can't beat the centrality of this location. I felt safe, and I have a pretty high bar for that. It's a quiet area, too.

Great 3 Month Stay

I stayed here with a roommate while we completed a clinical rotation at UNMC. The house was clean, cozy, and a perfect place to stay for a few months. Deb was available to help with any problem that arose & made us feel welcome. Great price for the location with lots of things to do nearby!
