Great house and host!

The house is very cute and well kept up. The room itself is spacious and private. The location is great being close to both downtown Richmond and suburban Henrico. Sarah is a great host and roommate. If I ever moved back to Richmond this would be my first choice for housing!

Warm and Welcoming

Sarahs space is so warm and comforting. After a while of searching for a good space I found just the right place to call home. Great area with a beautiful nature trail just walking distance away and nice parks like Gillies Creek and Chimborazo so close. In house laundry makes life so much easier. I also enjoyed sitting out on the porch and reading on a pretty fall day in Richmond. I am so grateful for my 10 month stay with Sarah.

The Coziest Home You Dont Want to Miss!

Sarahs space was incredibly warm, inviting and cozy! I had a lovely stay for over a month in the summertime and I cant stress how comfortable I was. The decor, the appliances, and the plants all add a beautiful touch to her home. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and calm yet close enough to the liveliness of RVAs beloved Shockoe Bottom and the scenic James River at Rocketts Landing. I would stay at Sarahs place over and over again!

Cozy and Central

Sarah's house is super cozy and all the decor is worthy of being featured on Etsy's home page. It's a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking, but still close to the city and easy to get to any other area you need. Definitely recommend!
