After I moved in, Brittani tried to make me pay two months' rent in advance despite my month-to-month lease. When I refused, she served me a notice to vacate and filed for eviction. She then moved into the home with her dog, claiming the lease allowed it, which felt intimidating. She secretly recorded me, took photos, and later sued me for repairs, including changing the locks, even though I lived there for less than a month and those repairs were her responsibility. She even sought damages for me doing laundry in the morning. The judge ruled in my favor, denied the eviction, and treated her claims as frivolous. The house itself has very thin walls-you can hear, see, and smell nearly everything. There was also a persistent wet dog odor in the living room, on the couch, and in the bedroom. This property is not worth the price, it's far from downtown too.

What a Gem

Very clean, well maintained home that features unique custom wood pieces throughout that make it stand out over other similar options. Has all of the essentials and accoutrements you would want to have included and at a very reasonable price. Great location that is close to the downtown area but also within grasp of exploring several scenic outdoor locations. Could not have asked for a better experience! The landlord was a delightful person to coordinate with, was always prompt and provided clear communication.

Cozy and Clean

This is such a beautiful home, full of stunning wood décor that made the space feel extra special. I loved that even more pieces were added during my stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but there’s still plenty to do close by. Communication with the landlord was always quick and clear.

I’ve stayed here a couple times on my trips. The host is very professional and very easy to work with. Everything is so neat and clean and it’s in a safe area. Well worth it compared to some of the other options in the area. I will always chose to stay here when I work in the area.

clean, cute, and convenient

I loved the location of Brittany's home to get a full experience of Greenville. It's just minutes from grocery stores, bars, breweries, restaurants, hiking trails, markets, parks, and Brittany has a ton of great recommendations to check out. It is also in a quiet little neighborhood and I had the house to myself most of the stay because she was off working and traveling. Highly recommend staying with Brittany on your next assignment to Greenville:)

Cute, quite neighborhood and fur baby!

Brittany has a very clean new space. She has thought about everything a traveler would need! I also love the Nespresso machine, the Dyson, and Archie! He is a very chill dog. I will be staying there again in the future! Thank you Brittany.
