Best Landlord EVERRR!

For starters, I have never had a landlord in my entire life as sweet and kind as Nancy. I have lived at this property for over a year now, and have loved ever single minute of it. Its so beautiful on the inside and outside, and I now think of Nancy as family simply for how great she's been since living here. I would recommend this property and Nancy to ANYONE! Truly the best landlord I have ever seen and am so grateful to have had this experience at such a beautiful home. STAY HERE!!!!

Review of Stay

I rented this furnished home in 2025 due to attending grad classes here in the area. From the movement I arrived to when I left the landlord was very sweet and kind. Very responsive to many things that I might have needed during my short stay here. The neighborhood reminds me of my grandma's and grandpa's growing up. The home was well equipped as she even supplied office supplies in the third bedroom and games. There was even fishing gear and bikes in the garage ready for me to use. I'm glad to have met such a kind and respective landlord and I would recommend her to anyone that's in the area needing a place to stay.

I rented this furnished home in 2023 due to a fire in my home. I stayed until 2024. The home was delightful. Bright and clean. It was furnished perfectly for a three-bedroom home. The kitchen was well equipped. It had a beautiful, enclosed patio with tile floors and windows. The home had cable and pest control of which there was no issue. The landlady did all she could to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. She was easy to contact and was responsive. I appreciate my time spent in her lovely home.
