Loved our stay!

We loved staying at the Quiet Fairmount Cottage. The home was very spacious and clean. It had more room than we expected. The back yard is well kept and very quiet. It even has a hammock. The area could not be better for walking with numerous paved and beautifully landscaped trails. The hosts were very very communicative and available at all times for any questions. They were very knowledgeable about the area as they live minutes away. That was very helpful since we were there to look for a new home. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Everything we needed was only a few minutes away as this property is centrally located in Grand Junction. We would stay there again if the need arose and would definitely recommend this home away from home highly to friends and family.

Wonderful house and great landlords

I had the pleasure of renting this home for about six months, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Jalyn made the entire process seamless from start to finish, and extending my lease was effortless. Both Jalyn and her husband, Randy, were consistently responsive, attentive, and easy to work with whenever any maintenance needs arose. The home itself is peaceful, beautiful, and incredibly serene. It's filled with refreshing natural light, and the backyard feels like your own private oasis perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and hospitals, which made daily life so easy. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed, and tranquil place to stay.

Quiet location with brand new interior

This lovely home in a quiet neighborhood near St. Marys hospital has been completely remodeled with the best of modern decor and amenities. Two of the three bedrooms include a workspace. The primary bedroom is incredibly spacious and includes an en suite bath and private patio. The open concept main area includes a beautiful kitchen with a huge granite countertop and plenty seating. Appliances are top quality and brand new. Everything needed for cooking your meals is provided. The yard is fully fenced and includes lovely flowering shrubs and even a peach tree! The large patio is just steps from the main living area and is lovely for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Driveway parking is provided with additional parking available on the street. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this comfortable home. I had minor issues and questions which were always promptly addressed and resolved by the friendly owners. I highly recommend this accommodation and the reasonable rent is a bonus!
