About the landlord

I live in another house on property. Im retired and single with a dog and two horses. Im pretty quiet. I enjoy outdoor activities like walking, hiking biking, and would be happy to show anybody the trails nearby. I keep daytime hours. I do have a dog that barks when I let her out that would be the only disturbance of peace other than road traffic.
