Highly recommend this property!
Highly recommend this property! We rented the space for 1 month in Nov/Dec 2025 and absolutely loved it. Very close to the 606 walking trail that is a great conduit for the walkability of the area. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a quick walk to the Blue Line L train. The home itself is beautiful, modern, and comfortable! Owners are extremely nice, available, and attentive. If we came back to Chicago, we would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing place!
My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying here for a short-term lease. Everything was perfect, and the owners were friendly and welcoming. Everything about this place was perfect for our situation and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing apartment, great location , wonderful landlords
Rented this apartment while relocating to the Chicago area. The landlords were wonderful working with my husband and I on a move-in date and helping us acclimate to the area. The apartment is brand new with high tech everything, extremely comfortable The location in Wicker Park is great -super walkable. It was difficult to drag ourselves away. I cant say enough great things about this place.
