Great Experience

One of the few bright spots of being displaced from our home was with Leo at the White House. He was friendly and responsive from day 1, easy to work with, and went above and beyond. And that continued during our stay and during our departure. Great service and first class. I would add that we may not be the easiest people to deal with, being both of us work full-time and have six kids. The house itself was clean, functional, and roomy for the kids still at home and the older kids to visit during the holidays. Plenty of room for our dogs, and they enjoyed the fenced-in yard. It had everything we needed for the stay and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. He gave clear directions along the way, communicated clearly when needed, and even dropped off salt when our "winter storm" was coming. I hope we never have to find temporary housing again, but this would be my first call.

This temporary rental was a great experience, providing a clean and comfortable home with excellent amenities and smooth communication.The kitchen was fully equipped, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and bedrooms were very spacious. Leo would always respond quickly whenever I had a question about the property. The check-in process was easy, the property was just as described, and the overall stay was stress-free and relaxing. The location was perfect for our needs, providing a tranquil environment while still being conveniently located to public parks, groceries, and great schools. I would highly recommend this rental.

Leo and Faith truly saved us when a flood displaced our family. With three kids and three pets, finding a place felt impossibleuntil we met them. From the first walkthrough, their warmth made us feel at home, and before move-in they even surprised us with thoughtful welcome baskets personalized for each of us. What was supposed to be a two-month stay turned into five, yet they remained endlessly patient, gracious, and supportive. When our beloved dog fell ill, they even ordered rugs to help him walk, and their compassion carried us through his loss. They gave us more than a housethey gave us kindness, generosity, and friendship. Their home is clean, quiet, family-friendly, and nestled in a cul-de-sac, but the real gift is Leo and Faith themselves. Choosing The White House as your home away from home is the best decision you can make.
