The property facilitates an easy life style - parking is easy, proximity to nature and fun is easy, the backyard with hose is easy for post-beach clean up, etc. There is a powder room on the first floor and an outdoor storage shed as well. There is a firepit that I love to use in the backyard as well.

Perfect place!
I've been a travel nurse for 4 years and this has been my favorite place to stay! Noelle is an awesome roommate/landlord! Great neighborhood with access to trails, the beach, and even a coffee shop all in walking distance. Commute to CHKD was easy, around 25 minutes. Bed is comfy and room/bathroom is very clean and has everything you need. I would work in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area again just to live here!

Great stay!
Stayed here when between leases and would have stayed if I hadnt moved out of town! Gracious host, ample space, and off street parking are great for navigating this area of VB!
