This was a great place to stay it is close to a few hospitals, it's in a safe neighborhood and the room is very spacious. I would definitely stay here again if I'm n Durham

I helped a family member move into the rented space of this beautiful home and planned to stay in a hotel for a few days for a visit before flying back home. Joi graciously offered me the use of her guest room for a very reasonable rate. It made the visit even better! The room was clean and offered everything I needed including linens, towels, closet space, and use of a private side of the Jack and Jill bathroom. My family members rental area is spacious, clean, comes with many amenities and has quite a bit of storage options. The townhouse is in a cute, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Joi keeps a beautiful and well organized home and is a gracious and welcoming home owner.

Enjoyable Stay near DRH

This was the perfect stay while completing my contract at Duke Regional. It's so close to the hospital. The room is on the second floor with a good-sized closet and private bathroom. Bed is comfortable. Landlord/owner lives downstairs and is very nice, providing lots of privacy but also checking in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Neighborhood is safe and it was nice taking walks after my shifts. If I was able to extend my contract, I would have loved to stay here longer because it is such a good value.
